Instructions for Use (lens cleaning operation):
1) Place the disc in the MiniDisc device, and wait for it to read the disc contents.
2) Press the play button to play track #1.
3) When you hear the female voice speaking in Japanese, jump from track #1 and play track #2 until the end of the track.
4) Cleaning is completed. 
5) Either continue to listen to the three test tracks, or stop playback, remove the disc, and place in its case.
