Display Panel : A few faint marks. Barely noticeable.
Front Face : One or two small marks.
Sides : A few marks, chips, and spots of worn paint.
Rear Face : One or two small marks. A shallow dent. 

Product Condition (Functionality):
The Volume Up/Down buttons do not respond. All other functionality tested is OK. The volume is probably set to around 10/30 but not possible to confirm.
