This is a DAMAGED device and may lose some or all of the functionality it had at the time of testing.
Almost too many issues to list.
No power with a gumstick battery. The display panel flashes on and off (mostly off). Most of the buttons do not work. Playback and recording is erratic. Cosmetic wear and tear.
However, it does work to some extent as a, 'dumb' Net MD recorder; but it requires frequent tapping on the back of the device when it has trouble moving the pick-up array.
Product Condition (Appearance):
Display Panel : No noticeable scratches.
Front Face : Wear and tear on buttons. Worn paint on corners.
Sides : A few marks and worn paint on corners.
Rear Face : A shallow dent. A few faint marks.
Internal Battery Compartment : Some signs of past corrosion.
All external facing screws present and tightened.

Product Information:
Released in 2004, the Sony MZ-N920 is the successor to the MZ-N910. It has both playback and recording functionality.
It is the last portable MD recorder (not including Hi-MD) that Sony released. It was only officially sold in Japan and Korea.
All of the menu items are displayed in English. For example, 'EDIT', 'DISPLAY', 'PLAY MODE', 'SOUND', and so on.
It was sold with the RM-MC35ELK inline remote control.
It weighs 94 grams without a battery or disc installed.
It has a 3.5 mm headphone jack for audio output.
