There's an issue with the disc insert/eject mechanism where a small metal part has been bent out of shape, which prevents the mechanism from working properly and also causes issues when closing the lid.
Can play discs provided you can get a disc in without issue, but this functionality is not guaranteed. This is a DAMAGED device and may lose some or all of the functionality it had at time of testing.

Front Face - A few small marks and chips.
Sides - A few marks. Some chips on edges.
Rear Face - A few small marks, scuffs, and scratches. Slight discolouration on and around the battery cover.
All external facing screws present and tightened.

The Sony MZ-E520 is the final iteration of the 5xx series of MiniDisc players (500,501,505,510,and 520). It is dedicated to disc playback, and does not have disc recording functionality.
Released in 2004, it incorporates MDLP, anti-shock 'G Protection',a digital amplifier, a six band equalizer, and ATRAC type S technology.
It weighs 70 grams without a battery or disc installed.
It has a 3.5 mm headphone jack for audio output.
